OLEH—MINORITY Leader of the House of Representatives, Mr. Leo Ogor, of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has urged the All Progressives Congress, APC, for Isoko Federal constituency, Delta State, Mr. Joel Onowakpo-Thomas, to accept defeat and see the outcome of the February 23, National Assembly election in the constituency as the wish of Isoko people.

CALABAR—The legal tussle over who is the bonafide governorship candidate of All Progressives Congress, APC, Cross River State, has continued to generate controversy as the three man Appeal Panel has withdrawn from the case over alleged N250 million bribery allegation.

A leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Akwa Ibom State, Mr.  Okon Umana, has faulted media reports that he lost his polling unit and ward in the February 23 presidential election.

ONITSHA—The Supreme Court sitting in Abuja, Federal Capital Territory, FCT, has sent the three communities of Anambra state involved in a land dispute back to the state high court to go and sort out their matter in the interest of justice.

A group, Concerned Sokoto Youths, has called on Sokoto State  Police Command to arrest the Chairman of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in the state, Alhaji Ibrahim Milgoma over what it called threat to disrupt the electoral process during Saturday’s governorship poll.
