ABUJA—AHEAD of Saturday’s governorship and House of Assembly elections, an observer group, the Integrity Friends for Truth and Peace Initiative, TIFPI, yesterday, called on President Muhammadu Buhari to address the ongoing Xenophobic threats in Lagos State warning that the threats could snowball into major crisis if not well managed.

ABUJA: The  Independent National Electoral Commission INEC has insisted on the use of Smart Card Readers SCR for Saturday’s Governorship, State Assembly and FCT Area Council Elections, urging Nigerians to ignore any information to the contrary.

ABUJA—Peoples Democratic Party,  PDP,  and its presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, have asked the Presidential election tribunal sitting in Abuja to compel Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, to surrender all the materials used for the February 23 presidential election for inspection.
