A chieftain of All Progressives Congress, APC, in Delta State, Mr  Efe Duku, has joined the contest for the Delta State House of Assembly, Ughelli South constituency seat with a promise to make positive difference through effective  delivery   that will  promote the people’s best interests.

Duku, in a statement, said that with his progressive democratic credentials and perspectives, he intends to be a strong voice for constitutionality, accountability, reason, unity and robust intellectual engagements for the proper development of Delta State.

He said: “In furtherance of this decision, I shall be naming a 50-man group of very competent and experienced grassroots political leaders, strategists, activists, and resource persons to lead our immediate preliminary consultations and campaigns.”
