PORT HAR-COURT— BARELY one month after being opened to the public, Rivjobs, the online portal initiated by Governor Nyesom Wike’s administration to match employers with employable job seekers in the state, has started to yield results.
At the flag-off of its employability training, yesterday, in Port Harcourt, for 900 participants, five beneficiaries attested to having been gainfully employed, after linking to the portal, by Cinfores Limited, an ICT firm based in Port Harcourt.
Mrs. Osike Okachi, one of the beneficiaries already employed through the portal told Vanguard: “I am now a proud Data Entry Analyst with Cinfores, thanks to Rivjobs. I got introduced to the portal and logged in my CV hesitantly at first.”
