Super Falcons defender, Onome Ebi has disclosed that her recent move to China’s Henan Huishang women team was influenced by team-mates Perpetual Nkwocha and Asisat Oshoala.

Ebi, after winning the 2016 African Women Nations Cup in Cameroon has been clubless, until signing a one year contract with the Chinese outfit popped up.

“I feel so very grateful and fulfilled. I have always loved to play in China ever since my senior and now coach,   Perpetual   Nkowacha   played there.

“I had my fears that their league wasn’t standard. But Oshola who is like my sister opened up my eyes to see   that China isn’t bad after all.

“Everything is different here, but I am a professional and I will have to adjust quickly so as to give my best,” said Ebi who played previously in Sweden, Turkey and Belarus.
