AS her way of helping fans to fulfill their dreams of getting quality education, singer, model and entrepreneur, John Angela Chioma, better known as Annjay, has donated a number of JAMB forms to them.
According to the singer, the move is aimed at not just starting the year on a bright note but also, to put a smile on the faces of her fans while giving them a ray of hope, no matter how small.
“Few 2018/2019 Jamb forms up for grab from me….Send your details to my Dm. My team will contact you if you are among the lucky people. Start now as entries closes by 6pm today. For student in Lagos only please. All the best,” the singer announced on her Instagram and Facebook pages.
Speaking further on the gesture, the singer stated that she will be giving out a number of forms only to the applicants who would complete the registration by themselves.
I don’t want to disclose the number of forms because the aim is not to brag about it. However, I and my team are comfortable knowing that we have set the process in motion for some people. That is the reason we are not taking photographs with them. Education is a very important part of human existence and we would like to be a part of someone’s process,” she added. Last year, the singer released a couple of singles including the track, ‘Man No Be God’. She also took her entrepreneurial drive a notch higher when she launched her Annjay Hair, a product which she says caters for all females, irrespective of class. Annjay said that she has expanded her operations to Port Harcourt and Abuja in addition to having sales outlets in several other cities.
According to her, this has become necessary due to the demand she has been receiving. “We recently launched our operations in Lagos and we were overwhelmed by the demand. To meet up, we decided it was best to open up shop in areas where the demand is highest,” she said.
