The All Progressives Congress in the state of Osun has sent words of congratulations to Mr Olatunbosun Oyintiloye on his investiture as the Most Outstanding State House of Assembly Member in Nigeria Award, which held at the Shehu Musa Yar’Adua Centre Abuja on Saturday 2nd December, 2017.

The Award acknowledged Olatunbosun Oyintiloye’s contributions in law making for good governance and community development.

According to APC, ‘first, this award stands Osun high in the country’s quality legislation category and secondly raises hope for youth participation in the legislative arm of government.

For a young first timer legislator to win that award speaks to the dedication and diligence of Hon Oyintiloye, which set remarkable example for youths who may be interested in the legislative process of the future’.

The party spoke through its Director of Publicity, Research and Strategy, Kunle Oyatomi in Osogbo, the Osun state capital.

‘The party celebrates your achievement and feels proud that despite your being new in the House of Assembly, you have set a record within two years of participation to clinch the Most Outstanding House of Assembly Member in Nigeria Award. This is a sign of better things to come and the party urges you and other members in the Osun State House of Assembly to keep the Omoluabi flag flying’, Oyatomi stated.

Meanwhile, Osun State House of Assembly under the leadership of Honourable Najeem Salam has expressed its heartfelt joy over Award conferred on Honourable Olatunbosun Oyintiloye

In a statement signed by the House’s Deputy Speaker, Akintunde Adegboye the Assembly described the honour as a well-deserved one clearly showing that the Osun Assembly stands out as a parliament that is committed to services and development of the state.

The assembly reiterated its commitment to quality legislation that guarantees human development and also charged him not to rest on his oars in his efforts towards making meaningful impacts in the lives of the people through quality representation.

In the same vein, the leadership of Nigeria Union of Local Government Employees and the entire Local Government Workers in Osun state have felicitated Oyintiloye over the recent award conferred on him by PILAS as the “Most Outstanding State Assembly Member in Nigeria”.

The body described the Award as well deserved and an acknowledgement of his contributions to Good Governance, Quality Legislature and Community Development

NULGE notes that the AWARD did not come as a surprise as the union is conscious of unblemished records of the lawmaker.
