The governor of Imo state, Chief Rochas Okorocha has said via this video clip that the statue he erected (for example ‘Zuma’s’) was not cheap but expensive.
He made the call while refuting the alleged N520m he ‘Rochas’reportedly used for Zuma’s statue.
