ASABA—A group, Legacy Group, has described the allegation of blank budget and improper management of the Paris Club refund levelled against Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State by a chieftain of All Progressives Congress, APC,  Dr Cairo Ojougboh,  as unreasonable, unpatriotic and self serving.
