A MEETING between officials of the Ministry of Labour and Employment, and leaders of the Association of Senior Civil Servants of Nigeria, ASCSN, has resulted to the setting up of a seven man committee to midwife, fine tune and monitor the implementation of efforts at addressing the union’s grievances on the backlog of unpaid arrears to civil servants totaling more than N290billion.
