Mrs Stella Otiotio Daboner
The chairman of Uvwie Local Government Area, Mrs Stella Otiotio Daboner,yesterday visited Barr. Evelyn Omavowan Oboro, member representing Uvwie/Sapele/Okpe federal Constituency in the House of Representatives in view of her ambition to run for the council’s top job.
Daboner, was accompanied by notable sons and daughters of Uvwie kingdom; and friends of the Uvwie who have benefitted from her peace ideology in governing the area to show their support for her ambition.

While speaking, the chairman said “I have come here today, to consult and seek for blessing since the good people of Uvwie have called for my continuity”.
In her response, Hon. Oboro, said “I must confirm to you that within your years in office, Uvwie have been peaceful and the end product of a peaceful community is massive development, so I urge you not to relent in striving for a better Uvwie”.
Oboro also appreciated chief Sunday Agbugbu, Hon. Ufuoma Oboro (S.A to Governor Okowa), Chief Victoria Egrudje, Chief Omoruwa Osigidi (representative of NURTW Uvwie branch ), Hon Blaise Sideso (Fmr.Chairman Uvwie/Okpe Council) ,Chief Sunny Dabonar, Chief (Mrs) Ejifoma, Uvwie politcal vanguard, WOP (Women of Peace), Ughelli North/South PDP women leaders ,Comr Friday Agbaja, Mr. Frank Abugewa (Representing Abugewa Political Dynasty), Uvwie united youths led by Mr Felix Ejumudo, Elders, Leaders and women amongst other in attendance.
