Network problem is my greatest challengeNetwork problem is my greatest challenge—Igbashio Manaseh
THE mobile money application is  good but not 100 percent reliable. Using the app saves time but it can disappoint you sometimes. I have experienced a lot using mobile money. The worst experience I had was when I had to transfer fund to my sister. I couldn’t perform the transaction due to network failure. I had to go to the nearest ATM to carry out the transfer. At times I get debited when I perform a transfer but it will take three to four days before the receiver’s account will be credited. Imagine a situation whereby the person is in great need of money. The banks should work hand in hand with the service providers so as to mitigate the problem of bad network.

Mobile Money apps too vulnerable to fraudMobile Money apps too vulnerable to fraud— Jibrin David
THE challenges I encountered using  mobile money are much. These days, mobile money is more beneficial for people living abroad. Recently fraud has penetrated the system and most people are afraid of using the application. Because of this menace I am scared to use the application. For me I will like to advice all the stakeholders that are involved in the business to apply measures to curb fraud otherwise people will complain the more and stop using the application. I have desisted from using mobile money app because two of my friends and a colleague were recently defrauded while using mobile money.   I want to use this opportunity to urge the government and the Central Bank of Nigeria to do something to combat fraud in the financial system.

I HAVE not had any challenge since  I started using mobile money application. This is because I make most of my transactions through the Automated teller machine (ATM). The only challenge one might encounter is that of bad network. This problem has been there for a long time and our service providers have been struggling to solve it. It is only God that will help us in this country.

THE mobile money  application is a good development by commercial banks. It has aided me to perform most of my transactions at home. It’s been a long time I have entered the banking hall. Talking about challenges, I have encountered some challenges while using mobile money app. One is the network failure. Sometimes I get pissed off by the bad network we have in our country. Another challenge is airtime top up. There was a day I wanted to recharge my phone from my bank account using mobile money. I was debited but did not receive the airtime. I contacted my bank and they assured me it would be resolved. Till now it has not been resolved.
