The immediate past governor of Delta State, Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan,  unveiled  the design of a N30 million permanent secretariat complex to be built by the National Association of Itsekiri Graduates, NAIG, during the NAIG 20th anniversary celebration held on Friday  in Warri, Delta state.
