Court orders police to exhume corpse of kidnap suspect who died in detention

A Delta State high court sitting in Sapele has ordered the Police to exhume, for a joint post-mortem examination, the remains of a 41-year-old mechanic and father of four, Mr. Samson Efe, who the police buried after he allegedly slumped and died in the cell, November 18 last year, without the knowledge of his family.
