Tukur Buratai, has ordered the Army Special Investigation Bureau to investigate an allegation by a Delta State-based clergy man, Pastor Godwin Ayube, that a soldier attached to the Nigerian Army, 3 Battalion, Effurun Barracks, unlawfully collected N40,000.00 for bail from him, December 11, last year.
