A Minna Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday remanded one Yahaya Garba, 27, in prison custody for allegedly raping a seven-year-old girl. Garba was arraigned on a one-count charge of rape, contrary to Section 283 of the Penal Code. The Prosecutor, Cpl.
