Court stops Kuku’s arrest by EFCC pending appeal

lagos—A Federal High Court sitting in Lagos, yesterday, restrained the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC and others from arresting, probing or prosecuting a Special Adviser to former President Goodluck Jonathan on Niger Delta Affairs, Kingsley Kuku, pending the determination of his appeal at the Court of Appeal.
