UMUAHIA-NORMALcommercial and social activities went on smoothly, Friday, in Umuahia and Aba, in defiance to the sit-at-home ordr by member of IPOB.
Banks, schools and other businesses opened for normal business activities.
However, police started patrolling the streets of Umuahia and Aba as early as 6am. No sign of the IPOB was noticed in the cities as at the time of this report.
