Forgery suit: Judge warns counsel to Gov Ikpeazu, Nwosu against delay

Presiding Judge of the Federal High Court, Owerri, Justice A. I. Alagoa, who is now hearing the tax forgery suit filed against Governor Okezie Ikpeazu by an aspirant in the December 8, 2015, Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, governorship primaries in Abia State, Sir Friday Nwosu, has warned parties in the suit against delaying the matter.
