Nigeria’s Billionaire, Oluwo Antonio Deinde Fernandez is dead, aged 79 years.

ABUJA — AS reactions continue to trail the appointments made so far by President Muhammadu Buhari since assumption of office, senators and members of the House of Representatives from the North-East geo-political zone have thrown their weight behind the president’s action.

The attack on a team of policemen in Owutu area of Ikorodu, Lagos, in the early hours of Monday, during which three policemen were shot dead and others injured, was said to have been carried out by militants-turned vandals.

Osogbo—Osun State House of Assembly has assured that the relief package given to the state would be judiciously administered, saying genuine workers would soon have their outstanding salaries defrayed, while the work-in-progress of public infrastructure would not be left unattended to.
