Worried by reports that the Department of State Services, DSS, may take over the investigation of the recently disengaged Director General of the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency, NIMASA, Dr. Patrick Akpobokemi, from the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, a group, Niger Delta Advancement Movement, NDAM, has warned against prosecution of the task with ethnic bias.
