Gov aspirant disagrees with Edo govt on World Bank loan

BENIN—A Peoples Democratic Party , PDP, governorship aspirant for next year’s governorship election in Edo State, Chief Solomon Edebiri, has insisted that the state government has no business borrowing, as it has all it requires naturally and traditionally to survive and prosper. Edebiri, who addressed some Edo Professionals groups in Benin, weekend, which visited him at his residence, said that a responsible government in the state can harness and muster all the resources to improve the living standards of the people.
