Son, friend, church members extol Onosode’s virtues
Late Gamaliel Oforitsenere Onosode, Nigerian technocrat, administrator, was a shinning role model. A man of integrity, a technocrat and boardroom guru. Onosode was also deeply religious of the Baptist faith. He actually started the Good News Baptist Church, GNBC, in his living room in 1984. The church today can boast of at least 2,000 membership.

Labour faults plans by Nasarawa govt to build cargo airport

Maritime workers shut ports over 9 months unpaid wages
MARITIME Workers Union of Nigeria, MWUN, yesterday, shut the nation’s ports over alleged nine months unpaid wages to over 3,000 Tally Clerks and Onboard security men, members of the dockworkers, among others. They vowed not to resume work until the workers were paid and other pending issues addressed amicably.
