LAGOS—A rights group, Centre for Human Rights and Social Justice, CHRSJ, yesterday, called on the Inspector General of Police, IGP, Department for State Service, as well as the National Human Rights Commission, NHRC, to probe the alleged rigging video clip of the August 9, 2014 Osun State governorship election.
