LAGOS — Etisalat Nigeria, has boosted its offerings to subscribers on the network with the launch of another experience centre in Ikotun, Lagos State.
Speaking during the launch recently, Director, Retail Sales, Etisalat Nigeria, Lou Odunuga, said the decision to locate the experience centre in Ikotun was made about four years ago in demonstration of Etisalat’s commitment to continuously increase the opportunity for customers to enjoy the teleco’s high quality services at all times.
He said: “This new experience centre is an attestation to Etisalat’s commitment to be closer to our customers, to offer them better services by being on ground to attend to them, advise them and give them excellent experience any time they use any of the Etisalat products and services.”
Head of Region, Lagos and South West, Etisalat Nigeria, Eno Umoh, said the centre had been well equipped to suit the needs of customers in Ikotun and environs, adding: “With this experience centre, Etisalat customers can make purchases, resolve any network issues and source for any form of telecommunication services. They can also experience quality customer service that we provide all over the country.”
The Elegbe of Egbeland, Oba Ashimiyu Dada, on his part commended Etisalat for its commitment to quality service, and said the experience centre was a boost for entrepreneurship and economic development of the community.
The Etisalat Experience Centres are operated as Franchise Centres, a strategic initiative aimed at enhancing brand affinity through increased retail presence across the country. Franchise Centres are under Etisalat’s third party operated specialist retail programme otherwise known as Franchise Operations.
This scheme affords qualified participants the opportunity to benefit from the growth of the telecom brand.
Six of the Franchise Centres have been launched recently in key Nigerian cities of Zaria, Katsina, Abakaliki, Port Harcourt, Ado Ekiti and Lagos.
