Mr Monopoly with Corona Schools Student, VI
African distributor of customized editions of the Monopoly board game owned by Hasbro, Bestman Games Limited, has finalised plans to collaborate with Corona Schools to commemorate her 60th anniversary with a customized Monopoly board.
Speaking at the launch, the Chairman of the Corona Schools 60th Anniversary Committee, Mrs. Bimbo Joseph said the essence of creating a Monopoly board game in partnership with Bestman Games is to create a Corona School Commemorative Edition of Monopoly Game as a novel way of celebrating Corona School at 60.
“By this move, we will be able to capture the essence of this outstanding educational institution with its unique customs and traditions and the game will provide many hours of quality family entertainment for generations to come,” said Joseph.
Also speaking at the launch, the Project Manager, Feyi Olunuga of Bestman Games announced the first ever customized School monopoly board manufactured by Bestman Games and the various features to look out for during this ground breaking Edition.
She also introduced Mr. Monopoly who was the iconic symbol of the oldest board game during the launch.
The Corona School Edition of Monopoly is the first ever customized School edition to be produced in Africa.
The Corona Alumni will be engaged on social media platforms to design the board game, as well as guessing which Corona School should be on the most expensive square on the customized Corona Schools Monopoly Edition.
