The House of Representatives member-elect for Ojo Federal Constituency, Mr. Tajudeen Obasa, has described politicians defecting from Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, as commercial politicians.

Mr. Obasa, who won the election on the platform of PDP, said the party would adopt new strategy to reinvent itself.

He said: “Defecting from PDP because All Progressives Congress, APC, won at the centre is not healthy for our democracy. Those doing that are commercial politicians.”

He assured his supporters and critics that “fulfilling my campaign promises will be priority.”
