PDP scared of PVC, says Oshiomhole
BENIN—Governor Adams Oshiomhole of Edo State, yesterday, alleged that the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, was afraid of the use of Permanent Voters Cards, PVCs, in the forthcoming election because the PVC would expose their alleged rigging methods and stop electoral fraud.
