After an unconvincing start to the Glo Premier League season, Heartland are targeting a win in tomorrow’s match with Sharks at the Dan Anyiam Stadium in Owerri.

The 2012 Federation Cup winners have managed to scoop one point from a possible six in the two-week old Nigeria top flight.

And speaking during the week, Heartland’s midfielder, Julius Ubido said he was optimistic that they would secure maximum points in the mouthwatering clash with their near-door neighbors from Port Harcourt.

“I must tell you there is no cause for alarm, nothing has gone wrong anywhere, Heartland will in no distant time bounce back to reckoning. It’s too early in the day to start entertaining fear. Heartland will certainly be the side to beat at the ongoing Glo Premier League.

“I’m almost recovered, hopefully will be available for selection against Sharks or the next away match at Gombe United. I’m uncomfortable sitting out from matches, I’m tired and want to make an immediate return to the pitch. I see us getting all three points against Sharks.

This match is vital for us and I hope that we emerge victorious”,added Ubido, who is one the experienced players who Coach Kelechi Emeteole will bank on for victory against Sharks
