‘Nigeria produces 300 armoured vehicles annually,

Proforce, an indigenous armoured car maker in Nigeria, currently produces 25 of such vehicles monthly, targeting an annual production of 480.
Managing Director of Proforce, Mr. Ade Ogundeyin, yesterday disclosed at the meeting of Nigerian Automotive Manufacturers Association, NAMA, in Abuja, that the demand for armoured vehicles had increased from five to 25 monthly and 300 in a year, adding that the company’s plant was built to produce no less than 40 armoured vehicles every month and 480 every year.
