ILORIN — Kwara State Police Command, yesterday, paraded a fake medical doctor, Oroware Omololu Adebayo, 31, who had been practicing in Ilorin, Kwara State since 2012.

The suspect was arrested last Friday, by the men of the State Criminal Investigation Department following a tip-off by the state chapter of the Nigeria Medical Association, NMA.

State Police Public Relations Officer, Femi Fabode, paraded the suspect before journalists.

Oroware told journalists that he graduated as a laboratory scientist from College of Health Technology, Offa.

He said that he was forced to parade himself as a medical doctor because people usually addressed him as ‘Doctor’.
