Federal Roads Authority may replace FERMA
The Federal Government may soon present a Federal Roads Authority Bill to the National Assembly for consideration and passage into law. The Roads Authority which would be a semi-autonomous road agency, would be responsible for the efficient construction, maintenance and rehabilitation of Federal roads in the country.
Court orders creation of 8 new constituencies in Oyo Assembly
A Federal High Court in Ibadan has ordered that eight constituencies should be added to the 32 seats of the Oyo State House of Assembly bringing the number of seats to 40.
