Federal Roads Authority may replace FERMA

The Federal Government may soon present a Federal Roads Authority Bill to the National Assembly for consideration and passage into law. The Roads Authority which would be a semi-autonomous road agency, would be responsible for the efficient construction, maintenance and rehabilitation of Federal roads in the country.
