Parker Drilling to pay $15.8m over Nigerian bribery charges
Parker Drilling Company, a global contract drilling firm with presence in Nigeria has reached a $15.8 million (N2.496 billion) settlement with the United States’ Security and Exchange Commission, SEC, and Department of Justice over bribery allegations in its transactions in Nigeria and Kazakhstan.

NPC plans N800m demographic health survey
The National Population Commission, NPC, plans to spend N800 million on the conduct of 2013 Nigeria Demographic and Health Survey, NDHS.
