JUSTICE Helen Akpoto-who of the Delta State High Court sitting at Akwukwu-Igbo, has ordered the arrest of the member representing Oshimili-North in the state House of Assembly, Mr. Patrick Mozea and Mr. George Nkencho, both of Ibusa, for failure to appear before the court to face a murder charge against them.

Justice Akpotowho directed police to arrest and bring the accused persons before her on the next adjournment date.

It will be recalled that Mozea and Nkencho were accused of being involved in the killing of two persons at Ibusa during the last House of Assembly elections.
