DUTSE – The Director of Education at the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission, ICPC, Mrs. R. A. Okoduwa, has described the mandate thrust on the commission to fight corruption as a challenge considering the size and population of the country as well as the deep-rooted nature of the menace in the society.
Speaking at a three-day integrity training for key local government functionaries in Dutse, Mrs. Okoduwa said it was common knowledge that corruption has eaten deep into every stratum of the society such that no segment is free from the ailment; including homes, schools, government offices, legislative chambers,courts of law, private business establishments, market places, artisan workshops, motor parks and even places of worship.
