Messrs WEMABOD Estates Limited has embarked upon the construction a 300 -unit housing estate at Ibafo along Lagos/Ibadan Expressway. The estate is targeted at the low and middle income earners who constitute the mass of the population living within that neighbourhood. Located near the popular Mountain of Fire and Miracle Church, aka Prayer City behind Sparklight Estate, Ibafon in Ogun State the new Wemabod estate is just about five minutes drive from Ojodu Berger in Lagos.

A top official of the company, Mr Tope Ojo told Vanguard Homes & Property that the estate is a mixed development comprising 300 units of three-bedroom semi-detached and detached houses.

Facilities to be enjoyed by the residents include a recreation centre, green area, perimeter fencing and good roads network. Mr Ojo explained that the title to the land is a leasehold interest in excess of 90 years via Deed of Sublease from the Gateway City Development Company Limited.
