UGHELLI – CRISIS is looming in Orogun ward II, Ughelli North Local Government Area, Delta State over the misfortune of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in the ward in the just concluded general elections.

The leadership of the ward has been trading blames in the last few weeks after the governorship and House of Assembly elections on  who was responsible for the failure of the party in the ward.

The people of the ward under the aegis of Orogun Political Elites Forum in a letter to the state Chairman of the party, Chief Peter Nwaoboshi, blamed the failure of the party in the area on one of the leaders of the party in the area, Chief Shedrach Imonieroh and denounced his leadership in the ward in recent media reports.

The ward leadership, meanwhile in swift reaction, suspended eight members of the Orogun Political Elites, saying  that the forum does not exist in the ward.
