Court gives INEC ultimatum over suit seeking use of DDC machines

A Federal High Court in Abuja, yesterday, gave the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, till Monday, to respond to a suit seeking to compel it to rely solely on information contained in all the Direct Data Capturing, DDC, machines that were used during the concluded voters’ registration exercise in the country in accrediting those that will vote in the impending general elections.
