In a statement by the Director General, Mr. Muda Yusuf, said the round table discussion is parts of the chamber’s advocacy role to find a lasting solution to the to the poor state of power supply crisis.

“Power supply is a critical element of any nation’s economy.

The huge energy deficit in the Nigerian economy has become a major concern to the public and private sectors of the economy.

The heavy reliance by firms and other corporate organisations on alternative sources of power supply has put enormous pressure on the cost of production thereby undermining the competitiveness of most industries” he stated.
