AGIS appoints UBA as revenue collection bank

United Bank for Africa PLC (UBA) has announced its appointment as a Collecting Bank by Abuja Geographic Information System (AGIS) to receive all revenue payments on behalf of the agency from the general public through an electronic Collection Platform known as UBA Global Bank Collect, in a bid to fully automate the land application request processing in the Federal Capital Territory.

CBN appoints pre-shipment agents for oil, gas export

Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, has appointed six additional pre-shipment agents for oil and gas exports under the Nigerian Export Supervision Scheme, NESS, according to a statement by the apex bank. This brings to seven the number of pre-shipment agents for the NESS.
