UGHELLI—COORDINATOR of Uduaghan Must Rule Again, Mr Emeka Okudiaso, has restated the readiness of the group to deliver Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan in the re-run election ordered by the Court of Appeal sitting in Benin, Edo State.

Okudiaso, who stated this during a briefing, said Dr Emmanuel Uduaghan did much as Governor of Delta State before the annulment of his election recently.

He said: “In May 2007, a new desire and willingness to chart a progressive and growth-oriented leadership was fathomed in Delta State.

The emergence of Dr Emmanuel Eweta Uduaghan was and is still a manifestation of the totality of acceptance, concordance, agreement and collective choice of all centripetal and centrifugal forces in Delta State.

“On assumption of office, he mapped out a 3-point agenda of Peace and Security, Human Capital Development and Infrastructural Development that evolved the laudable initiative marked, as it were, the detailed and comprehensive approach to alleviating poverty, create employment, build and generate human capacity, impact on healthcare with a humane face.”
