Germaine Auto Centre harps on service delivery

Basking in the euphoria of it’s Dealer of the year award 2009,Germaine Auto Centre said the company is depending on its power of service delivery to attain customer satisfaction in the auto industry.

Based on this focus, Jerry Chukwueke, Chairman of Germaine Auto Centre said the company is working towards a
perfect service delivery system that will rock the foundation of auto service industry in Nigeria with adequate service delivery ethicate.

According to him, “we are  a one stop shop service centre, competing with other centres. We are talking about the opportunity we have, and expectation of the market, and the opportunity the company has, this opportunity comes with service delivery,’ he stressed.

Continuing, he said, Germaine has one of the best equipments and service, we have 200 vehicle bay, “We are confident that this is achievable, giving that we have a great facility, over 200 vehicle bay, with a huge stock of  genuine spare parts, the most modern diagnostic equipment and our great team of Germaine people, from top to bottom.  The whole message is about the delivery of an amazing experience to our customers”, Chukwueke added.

Germaine people should be great, he insisted, stating, “this is the opportunity we have, we have therefore has stepped up our delivery service in Germaine, whether in sales or services to get to this great experience.”
Further, he observed, saying, “there is profitability in customer service. People say good things about you when your services are good, you do not require an advert to have good service. Word of mouth is more powerful than advert,” he noted.

On the Awards,  Chukwueke, said: “We at Germaine are quite pleased that our efforts to provide better quality service for our customers is paying off. We see in this award, an opportunity to step up our campaign for better service in sales and maintenance, in a way that can amaze our clients and prospects.

“To do that , we must focus even more on the internal dynamics, particularly the Germaine people. They must be great people in order to deliver great service. Every Germaine customer will have an amazing experience. Where we fall short, we are prepared to go back, get it right and still amaze the customer.
