AN Asaba chief magistrate’s court has adjourned hearing in the five-count charge preferred against five  Itsekiri youths arraigned over post amnesty protest to 22 January.

Charged were David Iwere, 43, Rocky Odele, 43, Macaulay Omatsola, 30, Otis Beedie, 35, and Charles Oko, 43.

The  accused persons,  facing  charges of unlawful assembly and threat to peace and security at the  court, secured bail from an Agbor High Court following an application filed by their counsel, Messrs V.O. Grant, J. Ikomi and M.R. Ukubeyinje.
