ONDO State government yesterday declared that the 1,015 persons employed in the twilight of the last administration in the state as “Environmental Vanguards” failed to follow due process. It also said with effect from next year January promotion examination will form part of the ‘clearly defined performance criteria in efforts to rejuvenate the civil service and set it on the path of rebirth and growth”.
