Declare Yar’Adua unfit, ex-Rep, lawyer beg court

Two prominent Nigerians including the Minority Leader of the House of Representatives during President Olusegun Obasanjo's era, Hon Farouk Adamu Aliyu and a lawyer, Mr Hussaini Gabbas, yesterday asked a Federal high court sitting in Abuja to declare President Umaru Musa Yar’Adua unfit to continue with the functions of his office on medical ground.
