ConSol integrates Skye Bank ‘Yes Centre’

Nigeria’s contact ser- vices solutions provider, Contact Solutions Limited which trades as ConSol, has successfully enabled Skye Bank’s world class contact centre called  Yes Centre. The Centre was commissioned in Alausa-Ikeja, Lagos Wednesday, last week.

Skye banks said that it was in its desire to give unrivalled, round the clock support for its numerous customers, that it contracted ConSol to provide and design a state-of-the-art call centre and deploy cutting edge call centre Operations & Management solution using the AltiGen Call Centre Management System.
ConSol also provided trained personnel and support for the infrastructural deployment, setup and configuration of the Contact Centre.
