Aon aviation brokers move to Jardine Lloyd Thompson
A trio of aviation brokers is leaving Aon Ltd. in London to join Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group P.L.C.
Deputy Chairman Bill Smith, Executive Director John Cruse and Steve Turner—all of Aon Ltd.’s aviation and aerospace global practice group—will join JLT’s aviation practice in London “as soon as they can,†a JLT spokeswoman confirmed.

AP, Access Bank battle over $35m loan
Trouble started when Access Bank asked for repayment of the facility in dollars due to exchange rate fluctuation.
According to the Chief Operating officer of African Petroleum Plc, Mr. Tunde Falasinnu, Access Bank had requested that the petroleum marketing firm be wound up for failure to pay a debt of about $35 million.
