A cross-section of leaders of the opposition parties has joined the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, in the Ihitte Uboma council area of Imo state.

Youths in the Peoples Democratic Party PDP have cautioned against further suspension of party members, demanding instead, the setting up of a national reconciliation committee, as well as the reintegration of the Group of five aggrieved governors (G-5) into the party.

The Acting National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, Ambassador Umar Damagun has appealed to party members to let bygones be bygones and come up with practical solutions to the challenges bedeviling the party.
