Mr Emmanuel Ogidi, National Vice-Chairman (South-South) of People Democratic Party (PDP), said outcome of Thursday’s stakeholders’ meeting revealed that National Chairman, Sen. Ali Modu Sheriff, lacked capacity to lead the party.
