BENIN CITY- OVER one thousand members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Edo state, led by the national President of the Road Transport Employees Association (RTEAN), Alhaji Musa Isiwele and retired Assistant Commissioner of Police, Mr. Roland Omatoje, have dumped the party for the All Progressives Congress, party, APC, citing what they described as the developmental strides of the governor Godwin Obaseki-led administration in the state as reasons.

The National coordinator APGA Media Warriors, Evang Chinedu Obigwe, Tuesday debunked tangentially the alleged statement which reads ‘APGA planning to rig November 18th election’ credited to All Progressives Congress, APC candidate, Tony Nwoye, saying that he (Nwoye) was the one who planned to rig the forthcoming election with federal might and not All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA that has the support of Anambra people.

THE APC in Nnewi has said that Governor Willie Obiano has no moral justification to ask for votes from the people of Nnewi.

IMMEDIATE past Assistant Publicity Secretary of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Delta State, Chief Ominimini Obiuwevbi,  has joined the race for the state House of Assembly to represent Ughelli North constituency I.
